It was a pleasure to have Dr Springe work on my smile makeover. I spent two days with her to make several crowns and front teeth, and the result is fenomenal and yet, conservative. I came all the way from San Diego because I have seen her work in other Dentists as well. Thank you Dr Springe for your attention to detail, to the beauty of the smile that you enhanced. It was worth my travel. Yes I am a Dentist and I finally asked Dr Springe to take care of my smile.

I’ve had a half dozen fillings and 2 crowns done at this office in the past 9 months. This is the best experience with a dentist I have ever had. Doctor and staff are so welcoming and gentle. They explain what they are doing, check in with your comfort, and follow up with you post procedure. They are always always looking out for you. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a…long time. They did not judge and got me set up with a treatment plan. I feel so much better knowing they are in charge of my dental care.

Love this place. Dr. Springe and her staff are like family. I laughed this morning, saying I need to make stuff up going wrong with my teeth just so I can get a chance to see them in between cleanings. I highly recommend PCD. Very professional, very caring! Super awesome work on my Implant. So grateful to fill that hole back up again after so long a wait. Great Job, Springe and team. You're like family.

I was in need of a dentist in Paso Robles. When I walked into the office of Dr.keyla Springe, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. An appointment was made and I met the delightful Kayla Springe. Mine was a difficult case. However, Dr. Springe worked professionally and diligently to bring about positive results. She later called to assess my condition. I would definitely refer friends and family to Kayla Springe DDS at Pacific Coast Dentistry.

We went to Pacific Coast Dentistry because My 12 year old needed 8 baby teeth extracted, from the moment we arrived the staff was wonderful, and then we met the dentist. She is an absolute dream, very compassionate, did a superb job, and made my daughter feel very comfortable. I'm so glad we found you! Thank you Ladies!

I have been a patient of Dr. Springe since 2003. She and her staff, especially Alicia front desk and Kim hygienist, are professional, skilled and really friendly. Can be scary having any dental procedure, but with the office being bright and airy and nice music playing, makes it less so. They make you feel special!!!

Well, I actually spaced it and forgot about tonight’s 5pm appt even after the reminder. I seriously enjoy the visits, office, staff, Owner (Dr. Springe)and cleanings. 16yrs strong with 3 to 4 visits annually. I’m bumbed that I missed it and will call to reschedule. Pacific Coast Dentistry is the Best. Sorry & Thank you Combo!

I had a crown come off of my front tooth and they got me in very quickly... Instead of just cementing the crown back on and calling it good, it was discovered through checking clearances between my top and bottom teeth that the two front crowns have been making contact with the bottoms and is probably the cause of the left crown weakening and comming off... Some quick adjustments were made and the procedure was completed... The entire staff was very helpful and friendly and the experience was a very good one... I will definitely be comming back should I have any future needs... Thank you guys! Spencer

This is by far the best dentist office I’ve been to. The staff is amazing, and Dr. Springe is very compassionate and always making sure you’re okay during any procedures. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist office to go to.

While on visit to Paso my 7 year old daughters face became swollen and her teeth started aching. Because we were from out of town we had no idea where to turn. I found Pacific Coast Dentistry and called first thing in the morning. From the first moment Alicia answered my call she was so helpful, professional and personable. She advised the office usually doesn’t take children, but because it was an emergency that the Dr. would see her and see what they could do to help. The women in this office were so welcoming!!!! All of the ladies in the office from Alicia, Danielle, Kim to Tara and of course Dr. Springe were nothing short of amazing. They were so extra kind to my Savannah. They made her feel special and so at ease!!! Dr. Springe made room in her schedule to treat my daughter as quickly as possible to ensure she would be out of pain and harms way with the infection she had mounting. Words cannot express my appreciation and gratitude to this dentist office!! They were a God send!! I have never in 40 years experienced such awesome bedside manner and professionalism. I had a dental emergency last week and Dr. Springe was able to get me in same day, and put on a temporary filler on my chipped crown. The whole staff was very nice and I felt comfortable right away. Not always the case for me at dental offices. I then came back today to get my crown fixed. Everyone once again was so great. Dr. Springe is awesome! Very personable and knowledgeable. I feel she truly cares about my dental health. I have a lot more work to be done, but I am excited to go back! Thank you Dr. Springe and everyone at Pacific Coast Dentistry!

Dr. Springy is a very good dentist . She is also kind . I’ve had a lot of problems with getting my teeth worked on. But from the minute you walk into the office they treat you like a friend and they work really hard to make you feel comfortable. PCD is amazing! The staff and doctor are always friendly and welcoming, and all provide the best dental care one can get. Dr. Springe is very skilled and thorough, the receptionists are always warm and kind, the assistants help even nervous patients feel at home and Kim is an amazing hygienist who always leaves you with a fresh smile. The whole office is great. Even just the recommendations they make are life-savers; I was told to use dilute bleach to keep my teeth healthy, and am certain that following their advice and doing dilute bleach rinses are what kept my teeth cavity-free through the pandemic. Wherever you are in SLO county, they are worth the drive! This little dentist’s office in Paso make will make a BIG difference in your life.

The whole staff is extremely helpful and kind, and they always do a wonderful job. I am so happy with my experience and results from Pacific Coast Dentistry! Dr Springe and her staff were so wonderful during my transformation! And boy did they transform me! I can now look in the mirror and see a beautiful smile! They walked me through every step, with respect and dignity! They gave me a beautiful new smile and the confidence that goes along with it! I had avoided the dentist for almost 8 years (yikes, I know) and only decided on Dr. Springe after all the wonderful things I had heard! Regardless, I was seriously dreading my appointment in fear of what would happen. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt at ease, the decor is so cute, the staff is super friendly! I ended up having a few areas of concern and one cavity that needed filling. Keep in mind I’m terrified of needles, I am not joking when I say I felt nothing! Dr Springe’s methods are so painless and comfortable, I actually had an enjoyable experience:)! Her assistant Tara was so fun to talk to and helped ease my nerves, and Kim the hygienist is very gentle you could practically fall asleep getting your teeth cleaned:). Can’t wait to continue my journey towards my perfect smile! I never thought I’d be writing a 5 star review for a dentist office but here we are! If you are like me (Maybe a bit afraid of the dentist) and you want a practice that values quality of work, comfort, and friendliness then I would really really recommend coming here :)!

Kim is THE best! I don’t mind going to the dentist and usually go every 6 months on the dot. However I can get some build up and in the past, I never enjoyed the “scraping” part of the cleaning. I’ve been seeing Kim for the past two years and she is so gentle and efficient. Never thought I’d be writing a review for a dentist visit but I just HAD TO! If you make an appointment, ask for Kim!

I chipped my tooth on a Saturday and called their on call number. Dr. Springee called me back and was very helpful, relieving my fears and recommended seeing her that week. I got an appt quickly and the entire experience could not have been better and most cost effective. I was very impressed with how friendly Dr Springe and her staff were. I'd highly recommend this practice.

I am a retired dentist and was looking for a colleague to do a major dental work on myself starting from braces to oral rehabilitation. I elected to have my treatment with Dr. Springe. My invisalign ortho braces correction has been very successful, now on the 8th month with just 2 more months to finish. During this period I fractured an upper tooth and surgery with bone graft was done simultaneously, so I am on the way to have implant now.Glad that I chose Dr. Springe, whose expertise on all fields of dentistry are remarkable. Looking forward to finishing the entire treatment with her. I will share pictures when I am done with treatment.

Dr. Springe loves what she does, and is truly awesome. She totally fixed my smile for under $500- best investment I've made in years! Her skill is somewhere at the apex where technology and art meet.
